i did it yesterday and felt awful alllll day, but today i've put it to the back of my mind and eaten well and now i feel ok again :). just don't let one bad day get u down....everyone has bad days, you're only human!

hiya, i don't know about what you should eat for breakfast etc but the thing that stops me from snacking is just to drink looooads of water! i know it sound simple but it makes me feel full and i know lots of waters good for me so i'm always pleased with myself afterwards :)

i used to do ww too and initially lost a lot of weight but as soon as i stopped i gained it all back, this is much more realistic i think and saves converting things to points....also i'm a student and this is free so it's definitely better in my books!

i always eat soup when i'm sick! like heinz cream of tomato soup cus it's higher in calories and i can keep it down...hope this helps!
