I also spend all day sat at my desk! Used to walk to my old job so losing weight was easy, but now I work too far away and drive, so spend all day sat down I hate it! Add me too, would be good to see how other desk workers eat throughout the day :D

You're not! When I first started using MFP I ate like half a watermelon in one day, assuming it wouldn't be that bad (because most people wouldn't!!) and was shocked at the calories!

Mixed leaves with 30g of low-fat greek salad cheese, green stuffed olives and 50g of farfelle pasta with pesto on top :). soooooo good!

i'm 22 from Gloucestershire and completely agree having people to support you makes it so much easier! Joined in 2011 and lost about 2 and half stone but have regained it aaaaall but back in the new year to start again! feel free to add :)

aha i totally agree with this! everythings bad for us these days anyway. i love diet coke and drink it all the time...the bubbles stop me feeling hungry!

i always get by confused by this too...i'm a night person so normally sleep until about 12, so is breakfast what i eat when i wake up? or is that lunch?? bear in mind i'm up late at night so my dinners often not until about 8... would love to know the answer to this!
