I can't speak for everyone, but I know the first week I lost 7lbs.... most of it was water weight.

I just started spinning about a month ago, and I LOVE it!!! I burn about 470 calories a class...per my Polar. I also had asthma but omg I feel so good afterwards!

I too was intriguied by this post this morning because my husband came home with a Wii Fit last night! I had fun and wore my heart monitor as I went through the various exercises. I burned 370 calories :noway: It was fun, not something I am going to use as a weight training program, but certainly it will be fun on days…
