  • I don't know, I think I am hitting a plateau myself, I always do at this weight. This is the first time I am determined to get below it. I think our bodies need time to adjust to all the changes we are putting them through. Hopefully we will get over this hump, and lose double next week.
  • Way to go Black Team!!! You all are really losing it! 37.2 lbs for the week is awesome! Where are the purple numbers? (Sorry I am just excited!)

  • GOOD MORNING! How are you all doing? How was your weekend? I jogged/walked a total of 10 miles this weekend. I did go out to eat more than I usually do though... So I think that is going to affect my weigh in. I calculated everything I ate and I seem to have stayed within my calorie range. We shall see tomorrow. Last night…
  • Thanks all for your input. I did use a Polar 4 HRM. I was exerting myself but not more than I usually do. (although it was hotter than when I usually jog/walk). I am also thinking it may have been a faulty read and I will keep my eye on it to see if I get another reading like that one! Your all awesome. Thanks for your…
  • Today I walked/jogged in my neighborhood for an hour. I have been doing this since July. My average heart rate was 146, however the highest it got was 215 :noway: .... Is this a bad thing? Am I getting close to heart attack or stroke with numbers that high? Should I be careful? Please help, any advice!
  • We are getting rain, but right now just the upper bands of the storm are coming through. I am in Central Virginia. I am planning to still run through the storm in the morning anyway. I love running in the rain.... We will see how bad the weather is first though.

  • Yes, I have noticed that... But I am also watching my calories. I eat something heavier in calories on the days I am going to work out and I shy away from them on the days that I am not... Still losing. I even have fat free ice cream at night...almost every night.

  • I hope you all don't mind my starting a thread... I just want to touch base with you all before the weekend. We won the challenge this week, we can repeat that performance. We can't do it without YOU! My mom's friend had a magnet that I always remember when I want to eat something good... "A moment on the lips, forever on…

  • New York and a few other states have made it a requirement to post the nutrition information. I have the same problem in my area with Fosters Grille- no nutrition information whatsoever. It is so frustrating.:grumble:

  • Just read the article, it is very good at explaining why I sometimes lose muscle (based on the Tanita scale at work). I will definitly make a point to eat healthy snacks inbetween now!
  • I know you can do it!!! I was moving all weekend so I didn't have any internet access. • I am not sure what you need explaining.
  • I think what they are saying is that based on your height, weight and activity of your lifestyle that you burn 1620 calories a day. They want you to eat only 1200 calories a day which would mean you are eating 420 calories less than what your using which should result in weight loss. If you are just sitting at a PC all…
