I haven't but this may be the case as I've moved awyay from eating my calories in fruit and generally sweeter things to more savoury things which probably just have more sodium in them

To be honest, there have been times when my diary looks pretty poor, as you said 500+ cals of junk food for breakfast, but it has because I have binged in teh night and don't want to shy away from logging it. I have more willpower at the moment and don't do it, but they might not be choosing to do it?

I drink an absolute ton of water, at least 3 litres along with a mug or two of hot water flavoured with cocoa powder (if that counts as water) I dont know if it's water weight because my legs feel "fatter" as in they now rub together when they didn't used to, I've gained abotu 3 lbs

When you acutally go to subway the napkins have the calories on them, it's kinda offputting, even though I naturally choose the lowest calorie option cos Im a veg it's still offputting
