9 lbs since the new year
So I've only lost 9 lbs since the new year. Can people reassure me that's ok! It's just I see everyone on here losing so much it feels so slow. (My bmi has gone down from overweight to healthy though! Woohoo)

Salt, bloating and water retention?
I generally eat a fairly low salt diet and if I have any dish that has even a bit in it I feel like all my cells become completely waterlogged and I can't take my rings off or anything as my hands become so swollen, along with my legs. How much difference can scales show?
I went to the dr yesterday and it said I weighed 10 more lbs than my scales at home! I know scales can be different due to calibration etc but this much ?!

When do you see a difference?
I started at 140 ish and I'm 5'3'', I'm now down around 8lbs (so tipped back into 'normal' on the bmi, but am not seeing much difference...)

I hate exercise
Basically as the subject says, I really don't like exercise, I've tried everything, body pump, running, aerobics, (don't have a bike but do enjoy cycling), zumba etc. I don't mind any of it but I can't keep it up long-term more than a few months just because I don't enjoy it but am more doing it for duty. Mixing up routine
I seem to have fallen into a routine and I read that after 4-8 weeks your body stops making any gains if you don't mix it up a bit. Running - I am extremely slow - Race coming up
I have a half marathon coming up, but I am extremely slow at running, more like jogging. I run at about 5mph but I'm worried I'm goign to be the last one coming in in the race! Has anyone run any slower than that and done a half marathon?
