Mixing up routine

I seem to have fallen into a routine and I read that after 4-8 weeks your body stops making any gains if you don't mix it up a bit. I up the weights in body pump but cross trainer is exactly the same.

I currently do:

Body Pump + Aerobics - on 2 days
1 Hour Cross-trainer and stretches - on 4 days
Just Body Pump + 10 min run - on 1 day

Any suggestions?

    Can you provide more background information? What are your goals? What resources do you have (gym, equipment, etc.)?
