exercises when bloated

Does anyone have any tips for exercises to do when feeling so bloated I feel like an elephant when I move around? I would just not exercise today beacuse I totally don't feel like it but I've been ill this week and have blobbed on the sofa all week because I really could not get off it and have put on 3 pounds so need to get back on it if I feel I can even do a little bit but it's needs to be gentle. I don't even feel like goign to the gym and I love goign to the gym!
