This is embarrassing... but is a crosstrainer the same as an elliptical trainer?

I LOVE Campells V8 soups. They're about 100-150 calories a cup, a full serving of veggies and fairly low in sodium for a prepared soup (about 400mg). Nice for a cold day, plus soup fills you up.

I worry about that too. I think we should just remember a healthy goal and not let our food control our lives. Forgive ourselves if we go over our caloric intake, and push ourselves to stay at least at our minimum.

Eat more, I promise. I was doing the same thing, I bumped it up to somewhere between 1200 and 1350 a day and I started losing! Eat lots of protein too.

I'm always over my protein. As long as you're at or under your daily calories and getting the rest of your daily nutrients, I think it's fine.

I just did! It's cool out too, and I found it easier on my lungs with the moist air, plus you don't feel like you're sweating or overheating like you do in the summer.

Doesn't shifting calories (within reason of course) help your metabolism to stay "surprised"?

It was mentioned, but not outright by the people above me: You will not have "abs" unless you get below a certain body fat percentage. Worth noting :) Always work on strengthening your core though! Even if you have weight or BF% to lose, strengthening your core is never, ever, ever, ever a bad idea.

That sounds like a good plan. So many of the girls I know either NEVER pay or always pay and I don't think that's healthy. Treat each other, don't finance each other.

It sounds like they genuinely talk to each other about personal things, and share their lives. As long as the three of you keep the lines of communication open, I don't think there will be any major issues.
