While I agree that cutting whole groups out and restricting yourself leads to failure, I have also gone low-carb again after falling off the wagon because it is the only thing that has ever worked for me for more than 5 pounds, and it is also the only thing that prevents me from bingeing. My body is addicted to carbs, and…

I was 13, got my first job at 14 and have been paying my own bill ever since (and have bought two new ones since the first one died). I'm 18 now.

IsoFemme has a really nice one. I believe it has extra calcium. 26g of protein per serving.

I play rugby, and played 3 games yesterday, so yes I'm using my legs a TON. Maybe that's it as well...

I envy you! Your waist measurement is my thigh measurement. Don't feel bad about it, you don't need to change yourself, but if you want to, I've heard that gaining ab muscle will actually shrink your waist, even if you're technically gaining weight.

Thanks. I think I'm just paranoid because I had a few bad days where I ate at (or possibly above) maintenance...

Fish and all other water creatures. Especially whales as well.

I actually just bought a dress like that... I wear spandex underneath it, but it makes me feel sexy as hell.

Swiss Miss diet hot chocolate!

Haha, that's true, I just loved the fact that you could walk through "the world" in a few hours. I honestly felt like I was in another country at each pavilion.

I LOVED Disney World. I've never been to Disneyland, but I've looked at it and it doesn't have the same things as DW. My two favourite parts of DW were the cultural attractions at Epcot (spectactular!) and the Animal Kingdom, both of which aren't in California. Seems like there's more variety in Florida. Both would be…

Lose Yourself or Til I Collapse by Eminem are two of my favourites.

I find it super hard to believe that running has made your thighs BIGGER. I always see runners with little insect legs?

You should definitely be eating more. I looked back at the beginning of February, and all of your net cals are below 1000. That's really hard on your body.

Thank you everyone for replying. It means so much to me <3

Ahh, sorry! Hmm well sometimes I feed them to my dog, other times I'll just eat them by themselves (not often, but it happens). Usually someone in my family eats it.

I'll eat a can of tuna (140 cals) with dill relish mixed in and some low fat mayo, and it's less that 200 calories, but you could also substitute the mayo and relish for peppers or something. Hard boiled eggs are good too, sometimes I'll just eat the whites and save the yolks for something else.

The biggest thing for me is not to go hungry. I'll grab a healthy, filling snack beforehand and then order a glass of water (or even a diet soda once in a while) and finish that before I order my meal. Also I put what I'm having into my MFP account before I go out, and it makes me feel accountable.

Eat more! If you're eating 1400 and burning 700, that's a 700 net. Way too little.

At my highest (275) I was wearing anywhere between 18 and 24, now after 20 lbs lost, I'm still wearing 18's, struggling to squeeze myself into a particularly tight pair of non stretch, size 18 skinny jeans.

I'm a borderline. Feel free to add me if you ever want someone to talk to.

I was told that if you're morbidly obese, you can safely go down to 1,200 to lose some weight quicker, and then bump it up once your BMI is lower? Adequate fats? Sorry, I feel stupid but why do I need more fats? I've been doing some strength training everyday (weighted squats, dumbbell exercises, resistance training) plus…

Get a food scale! It's honestly one of the BEST investments I've ever made. Mine was 20 bucks.

You burn more than 1400 calories by existing. You could lay in bed for an entire day and still burn those calories. When you input your weight into MFP, it calculates how many calories your body burns without exercise and then subtracts a certain number of calories for you to lose the weight, then presents you with a total…

Buy a set of dumbbells and an 8-12lb kettlebell. Try body weight exercises. There's lots you can do! Here's a link to about a million different workout videos. http://0nestep-at-a-tim3.tumblr.com/post/14959889491/workout-links

Perfect, thanks! I see the term being thrown around all the time and I couldn't figure out if it was the same or not. Also, I wish I could get a rowing machine, it's hard but you can get killer shoulders.
