Welcome back!! I am just getting back on the wagon after about a 5 month break from this site. If you need any additional support let me know! I'd be more than happy to help you or anyone for that matter with this journey. It's not a journey meant to be walked (or ran!!!) alone! ~Becki

Hello! The goals you have are a great start. Stick around here and you will see how awesome this community is. It can be easy to get discouraged if you don't see the progress as quickly as you'd like but never forget that you're doing this for you...no one else. I've been on this journey for a year now...have had some set…

Fantastic! You look great! I hope I look that good soon!

Fantastic. You look AH-Mazing!

Thanks for posting and being an inspiration...seriously- You look amazing!

You really do look amazing! I am looking forward to the day I hit that 100lb mark. I'm over half way there! As far as feeling guilty about eating some sweets now and then, I understand where you are coming from. I weigh less now than I did when I graduated high school and finally starting to feel comfortable with myself…

Honestly- Just having someone around me with similar fitness goals that would be willing to work out with me and keep pushing me. But if we're talking material things I'd say... Some better work out clothes since I don't fit into mine anymore A bunching bag w/ gloves My own personal elliptical.

HONK HONK!! :) Great Job on all your accomplishments thus far. Don't give up now!

Thank you for posting! You truly look fantastic! You've accomplished so much, and should be so proud of yourself and how far you've come.

I know this has been true in my own life. I find I lose more when I get 8 hours of sleep or more. The weeks I only get 5 or 6 I don't seem to lose anything. I believe plenty of rest and lots of water have been two contributing factors for my 54lb weight loss thus far!

I am going to do it this time Carolina. I need this badly!

You really are an inspiration. Never forget that. I'm glad I found you on here and that we can share our journey together. Keep up the amazing job

Everything in moderation. If I love it, I'm not going to give it up. Just have smaller amounts and less frequently.

The gum idea is great! I love chocolate as well. I will buy chocolate for myself once and awhile, just so I don't go crazy. But I heard of the TV show "The Doctors" this past week that the smell of grapefruit will make you not have that craving. There are oil scents of grapefruit that you can buy. I'm not sure if it's…

You should be so proud of yourself! You look fantastic.

I love hearing stories like this! It gives me the motivation I need, knowing that I too will hit this category one day! Thanks for sharing!

Fantastic!! I have those experiences too and it's only gonna get better from here :-) Next your pants won't even stay on your booty and you'll have to find a new pair of favorite jeans. It's a sad/love experience! ~Becki

I'm not married and I don't have kids so maybe for me it's a little easier. I still find it difficult to get my work outs in sometimes. I have found that doing it at home is the best option for me. Jillian Michaels has a ton of videos that are only 20-30 minutes long. If you can find time to do this at night after you put…

Fantastic job! You're the same height as me. I'm looking forward to getting down below 200. 50 down, 30 more to go! Keep up the great work!

I'll drink a glass of wine with dinner after a stressful day every now and then. I used to drink a heck of a lot more though, but have found that it's not worth it. I find that after I drink I have a hard time getting my heart rate up where it needs to be the next day. I don't see any problem w/ drinking it once and awhile…

This was just the story I needed to "hear!" I don't think it was by accident that I pumped across this story today. I look forward to the day that I can post my story. You truly are an inspiration. You should be so proud of yourself. I am sure that your life has completely changed. I know mine has and I'm not even half way…

Well, as I stated in my first comment I already did the 30Day Shred. I need to keep my body doing different things. But thanks for you encouragement!

I had pizza the other day for the first time in months. It made me so sick though. So I doubt I'll be eating it again any time soon! :-/

Greg, MFP sounds like the right place for you to be! I had a desk job for 5 years and gained well over 50lbs in those 5 years :-/. I found this place back in May and my life truly has never been the same. There are a lot of really good supportive people here that are willing to help motivate you and give you encouragement…

Some people have to fight genetics. Others don't. I know growing up I was always a heavy girl. I have 1 brother who is 35, he eats whatever he wants and still has a six pack. And I feel as if I gain weight just looking at a brownie! I have another brother who was super active in high school and was tall and thin. Now he's…

At first it was difficult and I still slip up once and a while and buy a milkshake from chick-fil-a lol, but for the most part I've just made eating better a part of my life. I've become more conscious about my food choices as well. I just think to myself, "How much more exercise will I have to do if I eat this thing?" and…

I can't weigh myself while I have mine. Since starting MFP I usually gain about 4-5 lbs while I have it. It makes me so mad that I've decided NOT to even check the scale until a few days after I'm finished. Otherwise I get overly emotional about it lol

What a great reminder! I keep trying to tell myself this. I've been on this journey for 3 1/2 months and have managed to lose 40 lbs. Even though I know my body is changing I still have trouble seeing that when looking in the mirror. I just need to keep reminding myself that I didn't get this way overnight. It's been a…
