  • The caloric intake seems high to me... What I do when I have not lost weight for a week is eat something off the diet. I don't go wild. For example, once I went to McDonalds and had an ice cream cone. I lost 2 pounds 2 days later, then started dropping again.
  • I believe the above post to be true.... Just don't make a little slip, a complete fall. I slip from time to time.. But when I do it.. I plan it out.. When I do it that way.. I don't get the guilt. I ENJOY my little slip, and have no regrets. You can do this... stay in the fight!!!
  • Don't let this get your down. Make sure you are noting everything you eat. I count carbs, even sugerfree gum has card (uggg!!!, can you believe that??) I once went 4 weeks without losing. While I wasn't losing, and YES I did get VERY frustrated, I was losing inches. Just stick to it!! You can do it. I am new to this site,…
