Hello! I am in search of a mentor. I'm 24 years old, and have had some great success losing weight in the past. I'm currently in medical school and faced with a whole new gamut of challenges and stressors. This has definitely been reflected in my weight fluctuations. I never quite reached my goals previously (I got down to…

There's actually a psychological concept called "disinhibition" that explains why people do what you do. I used to do it as well. It's something you have to practice NOT doing, in order to stop. There's no magic piece of advice.

Eat half of it. Plus some skim milk and egg whites. That would be a good breakfast.

Yes! I've been looking for college girls on this site. I'm a senior majoring in psychology, looking to go to a post-bacc premed program next year. My current weight is approximately 173, and I'm not sure where my ultimate goal is. I want to get down to the 150s and see how I look. I've never made it there. I'm doing…

Here's what every trainer I've ever had has told me: Soda, diet or regular, essentially eats away at your muscles. It also contains a lot of sodium, and actually makes you thirsty, rather than satiated. I've stopped drinking it. If you really don't like water, try drinking another zero-calorie flavored drink that's not…

I was on the pill for a while. They made me gain weight, and made my boobs really big which drove me absolutely insane. I had to stop. I was also on a low estrogen compound.

Hey. I have the exact same problem. I have no problem with working out 3-4 hours a day but when it comes time to sit down for dinner, I eat everything in sight. Maybe we can yell at each other.

Yeah, Insanity is awesome. Once crew season is over I'm definitely going to start it again. I did about 5 weeks of it last winter. Good luck.
