Girl, I have been there too. When you fall, pick yourself up again and try better tomorrow. Once you start seeing results and feel confident in yourself you will WANT to keep pushing yourself. Love yourself chica, and even though those little comments hurt, the only opinion that matters is yours!

I did the Abs Interval today. And I did not do very good......I still don't have very good control, and I don't have an exercise mat. Doing the "V" sit on a hardwood floor hurts my rump! LOL

Just did Alpha Day 1 today in the early AM and I must say I'm gonna be hurting all day today at work. All the leg work killed me LOL
