  • My affirmation: I have lost 5lbs. I have logged my activity daily, and I have worked out at least 4 times each week. I will contiune to maintain my calorie goal to help me lose weight.
  • I simply just don't like the yolk. I always throw mine out. It may sound wasteful but I am not going to eat something that I don't like. The egg whites are good by themself to me, with a little pepper of course! :)
  • I was at 194, and now I am at 182....my goal weight is 150...but I am also basing it off of how I look and feel....cause I don't want to look too skinny! LOL
