How is everyone doing..??? My S-I-L had her birthday yesterday and of course she had cake. I logged everything, and i turns out that i actually still had 14 calories left. I'm getting the hang of this.

I'm also 5'1" and currently weigh about 176 pounds. MFP has me on 1270 calories a day. I don't really work out, just walk the dog. And i really have to start paying attention to what i eat. Lately it's been pretty unhealthy and I want to lose weight so that's not that handy ;) Maybe we can turn this tread into a support…

You can find the info how to calculate how many containers you can have. and how much a container "contains" on pinterest and via google. Also a wellknown torrent site has all the 21 day fix dvd's and the booklet. So you only have to buy containers.

I'm doing the cheap version of the 21 day fix. I've found the food lists per container online, as well as how much each container contains. Starting tomorrow and can't wait.

I had all of my water yesterday and stayed on track calorie wise. And managed to walk an hour with my dog. Could hardly walk the last 5 minutes but it was worth it. Oh and a big one for me, i had no sugar in any of my cups of tea yesterday. And i usually put 2 sugars in every cup, so yay for me..!!!!
