My September goal...I'd love to get to 210 which would be 7lbs down in a month. And by the way my weight loss patterns have been going...may or may not happen, since I only lose every other week for some annoying unknown reason.

Thank you ladies for all the encouraging words ((HUGS)). It's like I know these things logically...it's just a hard pill to swallow at the moment lol. It also helps that he has kept clothes even from high school so he has stuff that fits him well and my clothes are just hanging off of me right now!

I am really starting to wonder what the deal is with my pattern. I lose 2-3 lbs at a time, then a couple days later go back up a pound & plateau for like 2 weeks, then have another loss. It is incredibly frustrating. I'm contemplating trying to lower my carbs after watching part of "FatHead" last night. Any thoughts?

I do Zumba, Bike riding, elliptical, upright bike, circuit training, Just Dance 2, etc Everyone is rocking it out! I need to go in there and fill out the spreadsheet thingy for calorie burn...I am really bad with that kind of thing but I'll work on it! (spreadsheet not burning calories lol)
