@feltlikesound - Thank you! My stomach is a thing I'm okay with most days : ) Hahah but my thighs - I'd gladly trade! @BoxingCoachMo - : ) Thank you!! And to everyone else, who has posted and is continuing to post - you all look amazing, and it's absolutely wonderful that we all have this community where we can feel…

Never thought I'd do this (I'm usually a strictly one piece girl - this bikini is from highschool! - the rare times I can be convinced to get into a bathing suit at all), but I was inspired by everyone else I saw so...here we go! I've never posted a picture before, so hopefully this works : ) I've always been conscious of…

Utter spoon.

This is all great to read - my thighs and butt are without a doubt my problem area. I'm going to try ordering JM's Killer Buns and Thighs, and work harder at sticking with C25K!

1. Cell phone 2. Keys 3. Wallet 4. Kindle (the best!) 5. Pocket hair brush

It's hard without knowing what texture hair you have, or what it does when it's short, but I love these three styles, and thing the first in particular would work well with the slight wave it looks like you have :) http://pinterest.com/pin/2392606022248759/ http://pinterest.com/pin/2392606022210587/…

booyainyoface, we have almost the exact same body type (but I'm jealous of your even tinier waist!) My thighs and butt are where all of my weight is, and it looks like it's the same for you - but you're also clearly healthy, and you look really good to me (especially those arms!); what cellulite-free legs! I'm trying to…

I second the consensus - you look your best now!

Me! I started it in January, but I only made it through half the time or so before I let it slip; I'd love to give it another shot!

I tried some of this - how could you NOT hope it would be a delicious and low-cal substitute? - but I found I really didn't like it. I got the coffee flavor, and I think it's pretty obvious taste and texture wise that it's a diet food. I'd much rather have a tiny bite of something like So Delicious's dairy free coconut…

Yup! I think for most of us, these simple things are what lead to real, long-term weight loss. I'd also add a note about intervals - I think they really help you make the most of your cardio training! I also read recently about the importance of doing movements you're naturally meant to do, when weight training - so little…

Way to go : ) You can really see the difference - you look great!

A croissant and tea : )

I love frozen grapes! My simple treat of choice for the past few weeks has been a lightly salted wild rice cake with a tablespoon of honey roasted peanut butter; salty and sweet!

This is amazing - you're a whole new person!

My birthday is May 31st, and I'd absolutely love to start losing again and get anywhere in the 130s by then (hit a plateau at 142-143ish, currently), so I'm in!

Golden Grahams! Or Corn Pops : ) But these days I eat Organic Valley's Amaranth flakes, to try and stay healthier.

1. Oatmeal - Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, made overnight oat-style - put in the fridge overnight with cashew milk, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg and salt, with fresh berries and honey mixed in come morning. 2. toast - thick, rustic sourdough (Bread Alone's whole wheat is great!) spread with…

Just some thoughts! If you don't like hot breakfast cereal, why not try overnight oats? You take old-fashioned rolled oats (not the instant kind), and the night before you put them in a bowl with equal parts liquid (1 cup oats to 1 cup soy milk/milk/water/nut milk etc.), and then add some flavor - my personal favorite is a…

Most i've ever weighed is 160, currently in the low 140s (fluctuates by a pound or so on a day-to-day basis), 142 last I checked, goal weight is 125ish (or whatever feels good) - and I'm 24 and 5'5"!

Can't afford anything like this, but I've certainly thought about a SMALL increase in size - I don't want anything huge, or crazy unnatural, but at a pretty mediocre B, something that did a better job of balancing out my hips/butt would be pretty awesome :)

Wow - total transformation!

My roommate and I actually went to Disneyworld a while back, and aside from one or two splurges, I found it ridiculously easy to stay within my calorie count - mostly thanks to all of the walking you do while you're there!! I found if you choose the right places to eat (mainly, the sit down vs. grab and go restaurants) you…

It's not whole wheat, but I love this http://www.bobsredmill.com/gf_pizza-crust-mix.html - and cutting back on your gluten (at least in American culture, with all that we eat of it) is probably a good idea for anyone, gluten free or not! I've made it for my incredibly picky roommate and numerous others, all of whom have…

Nope! Mine's about 40 lbs heavier...but he's also almost a foot taller!

Re-starting this week! Feel free to add me :) I could use some buddies for encouragement too - running is my arch nemesis!
