157 Down and Counting I started 14 months ago and I finally surpassed 150 down. I still have a long way to go, but God is good! 🙌🏼

I had mine Nov 11th. Still learning and losing. My main advice is to not stress it! I was panicking the days leading up to my surgery and that was way worse than the surgery and healing. Do what your surgeon says. I got up and walked around for a few minutes in our house once an hour… seemed to help me. Praying for you!

I've been doing Keto since February 19th and I've lost 42 pounds as of March 25th. I'm excited to have found this group! I started out at 440. But I'll never see that number again! Current SW: 398 Sunday 04/01... 393 - Woo! Sunday 04/08 Sunday 04/15 Sunday 04/22 Sunday 04/29

That's awesome! I love doing races! I did 2 half marathons back in 2012 ands I'm trying so hard to get back in that condition. I have a 5k coming up in July and a 10k at the air force base in September. Then planning to do a half marathon next Spring. Your post made me feel excited inside! Thank you for sharing your story…

I lost a significant amount the first week and I've averaged about 5 pounds a week the 4 following weeks. I do realize a lot was water weight, but I'll take it! I do have a lot more to lose, but I had to start somewhere.

Thank you, wahelga! My husband and i decided to do a little hike Saturday and got turned around somewhere between the bottom of the Rock Castle Gorge and the Blue Ridge here in VA and ended up at the top of the Blue Ridge Mts and finished at a 15 mile hike :-)

Monday... 2 miles Tuesday... 6.88 miles Friday... 4 miles Total this week... 12.88 miles These are all walking + hiking miles, so they're not too high.
