  • Roasted red pepper hummus, light string cheese, apples & peanut butter, popcorn with ranch seasoning, vegetables with light creamy cucumber salad dressing, skinny cow desserts... weight watchers also has some great desserts - i like their chocolate chip cookies & brownies :)
  • So beautiful! You're an inspiration - thanks for posting :)
  • I'm 5'5 and my ideal weight is 125 lbs. Looooong ways to go, but I'm hoping to be there (or at least around there) by my 23d birthday next October! :)
  • You look beautiful! Congratulations, you're an inspiration :)
  • Two of my favorite things are ice cream and bacon! So I have switched to Frozen Yogurt & Turkey Bacon! They are honestly just as good... there are soo many flavors of frozen yogurt out there, I can't even tell the difference! Turkey bacon of course is different - but I actually prefer it to real bacon (although it still…
  • A coworker was selling chocolate covered almonds for her grandsons fundraiser... I planned on buying one for the cause and not eating it. Turns out.. I couldn't resist temptation and I ate the whole box! All 25 of those delicious chocolate almonds.. but I logged it and am still okay for the day!
  • I was in exactly the same boat as you Kayla! I am turning 22 next Saturday and I have been heavy for my whole life basically. Last September, I made a promise to myself to lose 20 lbs by my 21st birthday. I went from 222 on September 15th to 202 by October 15th (my birthday). Then I gained a lot of that weight back and…
  • You're so beautiful! Great job - what a huuuge difference! :)
  • Nachos. Fully loaded. And any dessert with peanut butter... like peanut butter ice cream or peanut butter marshmallow squares!!!
  • The handbag! I carry my life around in my purse so that would definitely save me some of the back & shoulder issues I experience on a daily basis :)
  • Probably this year... my boyfriend is taking me to Cancun for my 22nd birthday! :) We leave in 5 weeks!!!
  • I put a picture of me smiling because that's how I usually look on a daily basis. It also shows people that I'm friendly and approachable - so go ahead and add me as a friend if you'd like :) I looove making new MFP buddies!!!
  • Hi Ricki! Feel free to add me as a friend! I am always looking for encouragement and support too :) Good luck!!!!!
  • Mine would have to be...horse raddish and fake crab meat! YUUUCKK!
  • I totally agree... I used to loove eating raw veggies! I'd pair them with hummus, tzaziki dip, raita, ranch dip, and then after a while I became sick of them and now I don't eat them as much. I love to take a bunch of broccoli, cauliflour, carrots, etc. and fry it up with some spices - that makes veggies a little more…
  • Lilydale turkey bacon! Only 25 cals a slice... soooo delish!
  • Technically, if you're really trying to lose weight, you're not supposed to be eating your workout calories. You CAN eat them, but you may not lose as much as if you don't.
  • I AM PISSED! WTF. gawd - i can't believe that! i don't even care to watch it anymore... nobody deserves to win except him!
  • Congrats! Slow & steady wins the race.. and you being happy is the most important thing! Keep up the great work :) 14 lbs is a HUGE accomplishment and you should be so proud!
  • I have the same problem! My boyfriend & I have been together for 7 years and we looove to eat! It's become our favorite thing to do. He has a really picky family so all he ever ate before he met me was junk, but I got him to try many different styles of cuisine (japanese, indian, mexican, etc.) so trying out different…
  • You look beautiful! Congratulations :) What a huge success!
  • Welcome! :) feel free to add me as a friend!
  • It's your choice. Many people notice, though, that if they eat their calories burned during exercise, they don't lose as much weight as opposed to NOT eating them. I would say it's okay to eat them sometimes, but just not all the time - otherwise it kinda cancels it out all together.

  • Wow great work! Feel free to add me as a friend :) I am always looking for motivational buddies too!
  • They're super yummy! But I usually don't like to eat them unless I am planning on having a really light day in terms of calories. They pack about 150 cals which is a lot for a small granola bar! There are a lot more options out there with fewer cals that taste just as good! Just depends what you like...
  • I am defintiely one of these people... I haaaate to exercise! I've been doing really good with eating healthier and less food in general, but the exercise part is always difficult for me to keep up. I just bought a Gazelle Glider online for $20 though so we'll see how that works.. it's low impact and not intense so it's…
  • If you don't feel hungry often, I would suggest eating bulkier foods, or food that are a little higher in calories because you should be eating nothing less than 1200 a day. If that means only a few times throughout the day, try to fill your meals up with enough calories to balance to that number! It could be unhealthy for…
  • Stuffed peppers! We had a ton of bell peppers left over from a BBQ once so I made a filling and we had stuffed peppers sprinkled with low-fat cheese. You can mix rice with extra lean ground beef & tomatoes as a filling.. that's the most common I think. But there are a ton of recipes online if you'd like to do the filling…
  • I wouldn't be able to give up ice cream... it's the love of my life :P I also love cheese. It sucks that is has such a high fat content, but there is of course lower fat options out there! Laughing cow triangles are great, even though they're processed... I looove babybel's too! I am going to try the light ones though -…
  • The sandwiches were on sale at the grocery store last night - $3 off but of course they were all gone so I couldn't get them :( Luckily, my bedroom is in the basement so I put all my frozen treats in the basement freezer :) It keeps sticky hands away!
