  • I'm so single it hurts.
  • The suitcase full of the gold mystery item(s) from Pulp Fiction.
  • Whenever I'm in this dilemma, I always have a piece of fruit. Even if I go over my calories for the day, at least it's with something healthy and not a cookie or a slice of pizza. If you eat something bad, you'll regret it!
  • I'm sorry to hear about your doggy :( We had to put our 2 year old poodle down last July because he had liver disease. It was a really hard time and in only 2 years we honestly felt like he had been in our family forever. I love you Joey <3 My thoughts & prayers are with you and your family and your pooch! Stay strong :)…
  • Back in 2010, at my highest weight of 222 I lost 20 lbs the first month. That was only from changing my eating habits. Cutting down portion sizes and making healthier choices. I didn't do any exercise at all in the 1st month.
  • So weird... I've actually found this with myself too! Whenever I'm eating healthy and exercising, I get a cold every few weeks it seems.

  • Turbo Fire is fantastic! So much fun and a nice balance of different workouts so you don't get bored! It incorporates cardio, strengthening, toning, core exercises, high intensity interval training & the music is great so it doesn't even feel like your working out half the time!
  • Definitely agree. Some trolls on here spend their entire day reading through thread after thread bringing people down and making them feel stupid. It's one of the reasons I don't like posting too often. I find it so rude and immature.
  • I am on week 2, day 2 of Turbo Fire and I love it! I really hate exercising - I know that's horrible but I just usually find it sooo boring. I can't stand going to the gym, or jogging on a treadmill for 45minutes, it bores me to tears. So I just bought Turbo Fire 2 weeks ago and I looove it! It's very much like Zumba…
  • I'm only on Week 2, Day 2 so I haven't done all of them yet but so far I actually like HIIT 15 the best! It's short but super intense so I still have time to do other things in the evening, but I definitely work up a sweat and my legs always feel like jello once I'm done. It's surprisingly a really good feeling!
  • 80% healthy, 20% not so healthy. I exercise 6 days a week and on those days I eat around 1700-1900 calories. On my rest day (Friday) I eat around 1500 calories. A lot of fruit, a lot of protein (hard boiled eggs, tuna, cottage cheese, etc), starting to eat more vegetables, whole grain bread, and I indulge once a week…
  • You are sooo beautiful! Wonderful job - you should feel very proud! I'm so jealous of your skin, it's perfect! Lovely pics :)

  • I work every Monday - Friday from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm. I wake up between 5:30 and 6:15 everyday to get ready. I don't have time, or an appetite, to eat breakfast before I leave the house. I usually bring about 4 snacks with me to work to eat before lunch - I eat my first one anywhere between 8:00 am - 9:00 am. I guess…
  • This post is just another example of all the rude, mean, hatefulness that is plaguing this website. I think a lot of people on here need to go back to grade school and learn a few things; if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all, and worry about YOURSELF!
  • My boyfriend and I looove popcorn and have an air popper at home! We use Mom's Pantry popcorn seasonings (we have Ranch, Nacho Cheese & White Cheddar). They're delicious and a little goes a very long way! I've also sprinkled brown sugar over my popcorn and it gives it a whole different kind of taste. Sweet instead of salty…
  • It seems each response you've made in this thread has been sarcastic. By doing that, you're making other people feel stupid. I don't need you to tell me why I'm saying something. And how many people actually do a search before posting a thread? Maybe they want some new, fresh opinions. I don't know you at all, nothing…
  • I agree. I never understood why some people feel the need to search the forums for debates they can join in and then gang together with others and be rude to people. There's absolutely no reason for it - it doesn't make people feel good and it's very mean. No one joined this site wanting to feel belittled or humiliated…
  • I have to eat before working out. Otherwise I am running on an empty tank and I have absolutely no energy. I find I slack a lot more during workout when I don't eat, or when I only eat something small. I get so tired and want to give up. I always eat something high carb about 1-2 hours before working out. Do not eat a…
  • Starship Troopers & Indiana Jones Movies.
  • I'd still log it just to be safe. Maybe put it towards the next day!
  • I'm another one who really hates traditional exercising. I hate going to the gym, I hate sitting on a stationary bike or walking on a treadmill for an hour. So boring! I would suggest doing workout videos - you can do them in the comfort of your own home and there are so many different kinds out there with terrific music…

  • You look wonderful! Excellent job - 43 lbs in 2 months is HUUGE!! I'm jealous :P
  • I would've started my day off with a delicious breakfast. Eggs, turkey bacon & toast! [I have to leave the house by 7 am Monday-Friday for work so I don't have enough time to cook a full breakfast on weekdays - I always take advantage of it on weekends and days off :)] Then I'd probably play with my dog, read, watch tv…
  • It's actually a good thing! Right now my boyfriend is doing P90X so he has to incorporate A LOT of protein into his diet! He's been doing a lot of research and told me that having high amounts of protein as part of your diet is actually beneficial to weight loss! It helps keep you full longer and makes your body work to…
