The article was very helpful! Today I didn't workout nearly as hard as I have in the past because my neck is sore...and I ate A LOT more. :) Lets see how this week goes! I'll work hard at eating small meals...keep working out... fingers crossed that I see results. :) Thanks again everyone!!!! :)

Thank you everyone for your ideas and suggestions. I know that the calories have to be off... both with workouts and food calories. First I don't add my fruits and veggies or all of my water. I usualy don't drink soda, figures I would in the last few days. But I drink A LOT of coffee. As for the workouts...i.e. I did a 9…
