What does NVS mean? I wanted ice cream last night so I got the tiny small size of it. It only had 220 calories this thing was tiny! I didn't even want to finish it. I think that because I log what food I eat I tend to keep that in mind when getting food. I think to myself "Do I really want to log a piece of pizza?" Normally I don't! Sorry - I am a day late! :( I have done a lot of working out this past week and eating right! I have lost a total of 7 pounds. This week was my first week getting into working out so I think that had some to do with losing so much. I've been told you lose a lot your first week. Hope everyone did good!

I try to workout 4 days a week for about 40 mins. I tried to give myself a hour and a half block of time to work out and shower after. I find it to be funny. It happened the other day and when I brought it up to my boyfriend he looked at me odd for a moment and said, "What girl? I didn't even notice her." Now we have this joke that he doesn't notice anything like that at all :)

It depends for me. If I have a big event I will plan for that. But as a rule I try to go about 2 weeks with no cheat day. I might plan in "small" items I like.
