Running for about an hour. Have been using Powerade isotonic for the electrolyte replacement but don't like using too much because of the cals. Will definitely look for the camelbak/nuun tabs and try that. Sounds like that could be it :smile: Thanks so much for all of the great advice guys

Thanks for that. Yes for all of your questions but I hadn't thought of seeing a physio about it. I have also wondered whether I'm overheating? Unsure how to get around that though.

Yeah definitely drinking lots as I thought thats what it might be but it hasn't fixed it at all. So annoying :frown:

Thats really awful and I'm so sorry to hear it. For me, when I'm down, I know that exercise is the best thing for me. It's hard to do but I push myself and use that time to work out a lot of the frustrations that might be going on in my head. I would just do a little each day until it just becomes routine.
