Yes, me too - for several days before I start, I'm almost always up 2-3 lbs and then by day 4, it's gone. It doesn't help either that during my premenstrual week, I am hungrier and crave salt. Water is helping and smaller more frequent meals.

oh, good question! That's really been one of the things wrecking me - a few "treats" after everyone else goes to bed. I have found that having a cup of tea (usually decaf, herbal or flavored) and playing Words with Friends has been helping me keep my mind off of what might be in the cabinet to eat.

HI! I'm new to posting here too. I agree with you about planning - there's less of a chance for me to grab something less healthy if I've planned what I'm going to have. I need to work on planning some exercise next. I'll send you a friend request so we can help each other. Shell
