Try eating more...if you are working out hard you need to eat some of your work out calories!! Do you eat every 2-3 hours to keep your burn going?? Maybe try that along with those fruits and veggies. Don't get discouraged, just switch things up alittle and see how it goes. You can do it!!!!! Good Luck:happy:

With only a few more pounds to go it is harder. Maybe you have some water weight from your extra workouts...I have been told our muscles can hold some extra water. Just make good choices, log you food so you can see if you are going over or under too much and keep up the exercise. If you never quit you will always win!!!!!…

I just did my First 1/2 marathon on the 19th:bigsmile: I have the PolarFT7....I love it!!!! I use it in weight class, spin, running and hiking. I have heard that they do matter..grapes are the highest. I notice on my log that I go over on my sugar when I have alot of fruit.
