I posted the Mio. Scratch that. I returned it. It was fine reading while I was stationary but harder to read while running or intense exercising. By the time it did read, I know my heart rate fell.

Walking on the treadmill at 3.5 mph for an hour at an incline goal of 10% I usually start at 3.5 mph for 5-10 minute on 0% . Then, every 5 minutes (or whenever you're feeling ok), increase that incline. It's a major calorie burner, works those hamstrings and bootie! :) Try not to hold onto those handle bars! Good luck!

Mio petite. It's a HRM and calorie counter. I just bought mine a couple of days ago. It's affordable, easy to use, and no chest strap. It might not be the most accurate HRM but it gives me a ballpark which if fine for me
