I have the Fitbit Force and find it to be quite accurate. You can start an "activity" and it tracks higher calorie burning than regular walking or stair climbing. I have not been using my heart rate monitor (Polar) in addition and have been averaging 2 lbs/week loss as I have budgeted in my goals.

53 here, 140 odd days in and over 40 lbs lighter, feel free to add me, I'll take all the support I can get!

I'm down 12 lbs and 3inches in hips and waist over the almost 8 weeks! Yay me!

I lost 3.4 lbs this week and have upped my workout to jogging with a goal of at least 2 miles. I am shooting for my first 5k in October.

I'm consistently within my calorie goals, trying to correct my percentages to match. Feeling great, almost looking forward to weighing this week :-). Working on building stamina on the treadmill.

So, I decided today to shoot for running my first 5k ever. It's near my birthday and its a zombie theme. You can choose to run either as a zombie or a survivor (who of course get chased by the zombies). I'm up to 2 miles on the treadmill so I think I'll make it!

I'm very good about getting in my water but very bad about logging it. I'm trying to increase my jog to 40 minutes. I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot and I work on my feet 12 hours at a time so I have to be careful about overdoing. I'm feeling pretty good, my resting heart rate is 53, pretty good for an old lady :-)
