I shop for fresh fruits and vegetables every week and a half. The secret to not have it go bad, prepare it all in advance. So much faster to prepare your meals when all is already clean, peeled, chopped, etc. We rarely eat out of a box.

I put cottage cheese on my lettuce and make a great salad. I add green onions, colored peppers and strawberries to it. It replaces the dressing.
