A little late reporting but I am keeping up with this Challenge. 50 crunches completed yesterday. Now off to do jump rope! I promise to report later.

I started level 3 a few days ago. Did take one day offf because of a sore shoulder. Back at it today. I must say I do find all the jumping a bit difficult. Slow and steady wins the race so I will do it but just not in a row and it might take longer than 10 days of doing it to accomplish it!

I am still here! and doing 30ds. I am on level 2. I have not done it everyday therefore, I am behind anyone else who has stuck with it. I did not do any measurements before starting. I really wish I would have. I do know my endurance has improved!

I definately agree! I finally gave into them and decided to give it all I had. On a positive note about Level 2 you do less of them!

We are on Level 2 and have been at it for about 4 days. Tonight will be our 5th time. We do not do it every day but try to do it at least 5 times a week. No real weight loss but definately inches. I just wish I had measured from day one! Feel free to freind request me for support. Just let me know you are doing 30ds.

We took a rest break last night. But it will only be a one night thing. We had gone out of town and took 4 days off. We were at the end of level one when we did this. It was so hard to start back up again. So when we did start again we did 3 days of level one before moving to level 2. I doubt I will let myself take such a…

I had that problem a while back. I bought new shoes to work out in, specifically catering to my work out and that took care of the problem. Just a thought.....

Level 2 Ugh!!!! But I am going to stick with it. Tonight will be Day 3. I have problems coordinating when to lift my arms with what my legs are suppose to do. I am hoping this improves with time! I definately can feel it working so I must be doing something right.

Rest today and see how you feel. If you continue with an injury you could cause more damage. Maybe do upper body. Tommorrow we start Level 2 and everyone here is starting to scare me! I thought the weekend would be a good time to change and then have all day to recover!

Have been out of town and should stat Level 2 Day 1 today. But I am going to do a few more days of Level One, tonight, just to get back into the swing of things. I have heard that Level 2 is the most difficult.

My goal is to do it everyday but realistically I feel that I will be able to do it 5 times a week. I plan to take measurements this weekend. I really wish I had before starting.
