Haven't had time to read everyone's comments, but I get up three days a week @ 5:00am, workout for 30-45 minutes and I feel SO much better. My appetite is better on those days and I am much more energized. That's not to say it works for everyone, but I love it!

It's amazing what a difference portion control can make. That's probably how much I was eating before I was tracking and when I first started tracking, I thought I was going to starve to death. ;) Best of luck on your journey!

SCREW THE CHARTS! Everyone holds their weight differently. When I was 160 (I'm 5'2'') I didn't look near that, but I sure did feel like 200lbs. I use MAC foundation. It's a little expensive, but a little goes a LONG way and it's great quality. I put it on in the morning and it lasts all day. One bottle normally takes about 4-6 months to get through and I believe its around $27 a bottle.

4lbs in a month is the perfect "healthy" weight loss. A healthy weight loss is 1lb per month. I plan my days ahead of time. This makes it MUCH easier to say "no". ^^^ This! I take probiotics and acid reflux medication (prescribed by a doctor) to help with my stomach problems. I was constantly bloated and my bowel movements were irregular. Ever since I started taking the probiotic, I feel so much better and much MUCH less bloated.
