I spend $300-$400. I shop every Friday, this way I can make sure I always have fresh veggies and fruits. I'm a meat eater. My calorie intake is 1400, but I workout almost everyday, so it ends up being around 1500-1600. On a budget, I can get away with spending $250 or so.

I had this same issue. I was losing about 1lb per week for 2-3 months straight and then I plateaued. And then I started to gain. I upped my calories from 1200 to 1400 and started to lose again. Best of luck!

The term does "vary". However, most would agree this means unprocessed. However, it is very difficult to find everything completely unprocessed. I think you're best bet for eating "clean" would be to buy as many things as possible locally. Luckily, here in California I can buy meat, veggies and fruits locally very easily.…

My boobs weren't big to begin with, but I was a full 36 B when I started and as I started to lose weight, they started to sag a bit and get smaller. But now that I'm lifting more, they are still smaller, but are more perky.

Sugar intake for sure! I completely cut out all soda (I still sneak one every once in awhile) but I cut down from regular pepsi to pepsi max and then completely cut it out. No sugary drinks, very limited on fruit juices.

I burn around 500cals in an hour when I do circuit training. and that's the hardest workout I do. I am literally dripping with sweat by the end. BUT... I'm only 10lbs from my goal weight so someone who is more overweight could probably burn more.

Every day with rest days if my bodies hurting. I don't go all out everyday but I at least try to get cardio in every day.
