I did it this morning! I thought that the Shred was just to easy! I love this workout so much more! It is intense! But it feels good and I actually feel like I am working out... the Shred wasn't doing it for me. And I think you burn more in this video then the shred. Good luck and enjoy :)

I weigh myself every other morning! Just to make sure I am losing and it motivates me sometimes as well!

I did 45 minutes of circuit training tonight!! And I walked my dog for 45 minutes this morning at a moderate pace :)

If you are looking to increase your protein intake, protein powder is a great option. I recorded my weight and measurements! :) All your dresses look beautiful! I haven't bought my dress yet. I have been looking though. I am waiting until I am nearer to or reach my goal weight to buy my dress. I have a while though since my wedding is in December 2012.

Maintaining weight is better then gaining. I didn't really lose anything this week either... only 0.2. We just got to keep trekking forward! We can do this!
