The only thing I blame TOM for is making me miserable and somewhat nauseous :grumble: but to be fair, I haven't had the little bugger visit me for 3 years so I'm remembering how fun this really wasn't...ever

I have mid length hair and I'm a wash every other day kinda girl...I also use tea tree shampoo and conditioner BUT when I went and got my hair done the other day, my girl used a morrocan hair products and I loved the way it made my hair feel.

I am just finishing up the same series and I found 2 things changed how my knees felt...form, watch your form. And shoes, I was wearing totally inappropriate sneakers for what I was doing, they nearly killed me. Do some knee stabalizing excercises as well, see if that helps :smile:

I think I'll start monitoring how foods effect me, maybe I'll be able to notice what is doing it? I'm trying hard to knock out any junk foods and artifical sugars, I'm getting there.

I'm not a huge milk drinker but I may check into that because I love yogurt, etc...as for my other issues, thank you. And yes, my doctor is a womens specialist (he helped with my last 2 pregnancies and was the only one to diagnose what my issues were), I have to do heparin needles for the first couple months of pregnancies…

I love them all, when we go grocery shopping my cart is almost full by the time I go through the veggie section but I think my favorite loves are, cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli, beets, artichokes, celery, green beans, carrots, squash of any kind, brussell sprouts, oh! and alfalfa sprouts :laugh: I shall stop now

I don't know for sure, but I was told that it's best to eat a little bit of something afterwards to help your muscles rest and repair. Don't ask me how it works, it's just what I've been told. I'm curious to hear people's opinions on this as well though.

I had to look after reading the name of the thread :laugh: but you know what, to each their own...some women dig a hairy manly man, and some women, don't. If your happy with what you've got going on under your shirt, why change it for someone because really, they have to like you for who you are, not how unhairy you are…

I am a huge fan of pinterest...I have 3 kids and no time to spend making awesome meals every day :laugh: so, I make freezer meals. There really are a lot of dark childrens songs out there, you are my sunshine, oh clemintine, on top of old smokie...the list goes on and on. I understand your point but really, we grew up singing these songs and we're fine. I say let them be kids, we shield our kids from so much as it is.

I take 1 rest day but have some days consider taking 2 just because I could use them :smile: and I'm totally ok with that, the body needs to rest to repair itself
