I have been with my boyfriend for almost 12 years and I know this...he has some insecurities but that's only because of his past. He tells me every day how beautiful I am and could care less if I lost the weight or not. BUT that being said, he also knows how unhappy I am right now, and how self conscious I am of myself.…

I personally haven't tried them and I would never admit to knowing anything about them but I did have a friend use them and swear they helped her lose but again, that's my friend's experience.

Chunky runner here and I will add you :smile: I had started the C25K last year and it almost killed me, I think the hardest part was learning how to breathe properly, and then I got preganant so I had to start but I am going to start again. This new year is bringing on a new me!

I plan on it, I usually log every holiday because I treat them like every other day. If I go over, I go over, it happens :wink:

Anything Mumford and Sons lately but if I really want to get moving, I'm an old school punk girl :smile:

Uh yeah, my one daughter that's old enough runs around in her fairy princess dress driving her 4x4 trucks all the time :smile: I don't get the big deal about toys, if your kid is happy and having fun, let them play!
