I was never big on drinking pop but I had attempted to drink a coke the other day and it tasted like dirt to me, seriously, it was gross. I will have the occasional gingerale when I'm not feeling good, but pop is definatly a no-no now.

I have 2, ever since I was little though I always pictured 7. I don't have issues gettting pregnant but I have issues staying pregnant so if all my pregnancies had been succesful, I'd have 6 kids...so we'll see what happens :laugh: But I can honestly say, unless I win the lottery sometime soon, 3 is enough for us.

:laugh: I guess I mean ground beef...I've always known it as hamburger soup. One of these day's I'm going to try it with ground chicken and see if anyone notices. I've never heard of dry northern beans though, I might have to try those out!

Most major fast food places have their info on their websites and most resturants have their info in case someone asks for it, I think they have to. I could be wrong though.

The closest I get to cheating is if I have something and can't find something in the database for it. I either choose something close to it or try to find it online. Sometime's I'll eat some licorice or something but I try really hard not to eat extra junk cause I'm scared if I do, I'll just want more.

Honest, I try to have veggies and fruit cut up in the fridge or ready to go so that way I'm not looking for something "easy" to grab at that would be quicker. I know with babies this won't be good yet, but for breakfast a favorite around here is fruit wraps for breakfast. Get any kind of healthy wraps, pour some yogurt…

It took me a little while to get to the point where my body wasn't screaming at me either but I still have one issue. When I do any kind of excercise that reqire's me to bend over (like week 1 of Ripped In 30 with the weight behind your neck) it just about kills this one spot on my lower back on the left side. I don't know how you'd do the meat but as for the marinade, you should just be able to add them all into the database and get the proper calories for each item. Or you could just add your own recipe so your not having to do that every time you have a piece.

I use Mrs. Dash, she has alot of good seasoning's but I also use Epicure. They have a line of spices that have no salt in them as well and they are delicious!

I always try to have fruit and veggies cut up in the fridge that way it's always ready to go so I don't have an excuse to grab something less healthy plus then my son will grab it as well. And I always try to have a bag of trailmix around.

How about just your general and overall health? You will actually feel less tired when you start to become healthier.
