I used to always, always put french vanilla creamer in my coffee and couldn't imagine it without...now, it's either almond milk or raw sugar and a scoop of coffee mate. Almost tastes like a large double double to me (all in the head :laugh: )

This...plus I'm going home this summer for the first time in 14 years, I know I won't be at the weight I want to be, but I don't want to be at the weight I'm at now. Also, health issues in the future I wish to be no part of and I have 3 kids and I want to be a good example.

I personally love Shakeology. I was never able to eat breakfast, that was the only meal I truly struggled with. I was looking into different shakes and took the bag of Shake O into my doctor because I am breast feeding and he told me if was good to take still. I'd just like to be clear...I love carbs, I'd eat them as I was lying down in bed if I wanted too :laugh: I was just curious if people actually did this and had it work for them. I also know a bunch of people that don't eat after 8 pm :huh: .... to each their own I guess
