I have been off for a while, now I'm back and plan to track and journal daily! Ultimate goal is to lose 50-60 lbs...long way to go...if I work hard and stay on track is love to be 25lbs lighter by Christmas!

Hi all, I've been on and off here. However I see this is helping a lot of people to stay motivated! I think it is great when other people support you. I am decreasing my goals so they seem a bit more achievable. Goal 1, lose 20-25 lbs by end of Desember. Woop go all!
