It's my first time doing the 30ds and I have to wake up at 4:30am to get the workout in...and actually did it! Completed day 2, level 1 (not able to use the weights yet D:). I have to go up and down a lot of stairs at work and I thought my legs would fall out from under me...but they didn't. Hopefully I can force myself to…

I'm new to MFP but just bought the 30 Day Shred video and weights today at Target. Starting on Monday sounds perfect. I'd been planning on just going it solo, but doing it with a group sounds fun!
