I used to have bbq rib or meatball 6" but since trying to be healthier I go for turkey and/or ham and fill it with as much salad as I can possibly fit and then split a footlong with my Mum who is also trying to be healthier :)

Aldi (59p blueberries this week as one of their super six) for as much as poss, then tesco for everything else.. I did go to lidl today and was really surprised by the variety of fruit and veg (39p cucumbers?)

I lurve dumplings.. and they arent too bad at all!! I ordered chinese takeaway on friday night and compared to what I would usually order I was VERY happy with it. Sometimes its not about excluding but knowing when to stop.

yeah it has an immobiliser, I followed an instruction I found online to try to reset it but it didnt make an ounce of difference.. didn't want to read and run but I hope someone here can help you. Can you add more wholegrains or slightly more protein? I know its hard when you have gallbladder problems (my best friends going through it too)

LOL aaleigha, the rowing machine is my fellas (he hasnt used it int he decade we have been together either) I know its bad that its all just sitting there so today I thought I would move it all into the lounge so its right there and then we might actually use them!!!
