I picked the highest weight that would get me out of the "overweight" category. I think I will have to adjust as I go because I cannot imagine weighing 50lbs less than I do now and being able to maintain that weight.

I would just be careful. You don't want to push yourself too far and end up getting injured. Doing it once a day with increased cardio may be a better way to go. Good Luck!

I always gain, so I try not to way myself. I do not like seeing the numbers go up even if I know the reason and that it is only temporary.
