  • Don't do this. You lost 10 pounds so that is a great start. If you are wanting to lose 100 pounds it will probably take you close to a year. Be patient. I think maybe you had a great workout with the blocks but it was probably mostly weights and you need mostly cardio to melt off the pounds. If I were you I would stick to…
