I have had the occasional glass of sweet tea, but mainly drinking water (8-10 glasses per day). I have not had any soda in almost 5 weeks. Wow!

I decided to not have any more sodas. Drinking TONS of water (an occasional sweet tea-but it tastes extra sweet now that I'm not as used to it). This week is my 3rd week. It is a lot easier now. I just keep reminding myself that I don't want to develop diabetes like others in my family. Stick with your challenge, everybody!

I am looking for friends to motivate me and to celebrate achievements with! I am 35 and need to lose at least 50 pounds. I also have 2 children, and I want to be healthy for them and have stamina to do more physical activities with them. I could really use some buddies to join!
