I always am, especially after going to the gym. There was a big debate in one of the forums about it...I'll see if I can find it. I have heard that you need eat your BMR calories PLUS whatever you burn off at the gym. It makes me want to throw up thinking about the amount of food I have to eat!!

I am also doing WW and noticed a big difference. I don't go to the WW meetings, I just follow the points system. Once you have all of the materials you can do it on your own, unless you need that face to face motivation. One day I was under my calories for the day but it ended up being something like 40 points!
