I don't know much about NROL4W but P90X doesn't really have much cardio in it. It's great for muscle endurance but I either run or do an Insanity workout on the P90x cardio days.

I use these for p90x. I like them because you can use two handles hook all the bands together if you want to. It also come with a door anchor for the back workouts. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003KPQ1RI/ref=oh_o05_s00_i00_details

I hit the jump rope or do boxing drills. That'll get it done.

I had sleep apnea until I had my tonsil's taken out. A sleep study is the way to go. Weight is the easiest answer but it may be something else.

I do 2 of the P90X workouts per week then do what I want on the other days. Run, jump rope, whatever I can think of to do outside. I'm leaving the insanity for when it's too cold to go outside and workout.

Ground or chopped flax seeds. Buttery taste and omega 3 fats (the good kind of fat).

When you run on a treadmill you don't have to push your body forward. Outside, you are pushing all of your weight. This makes it a little more involved than running on a treadmill. Either way, you'll get a good workout. Incline the treadmill for more of an outdoor experience.
