  • To light my alcohol I put tally marks on my hand when I'm out. If I forget that evening I see it again in morning :) it really works and keeps me focused.
  • I would love to get workout for home or gym trying to get back into it.. used to workout w trainer but got expensive. Love free weights and need to tone the weight I've lost and get back into shape any help would be grand.. thank u Marlene
