  • The program that I really like is the Couch to 5k podcast that you can download for free from itunes. It will have you running a 5k in nine weeks. Give it a try. And remember to stretch before you start. That helps me with my shin splints, plus invest in good sneakers.
  • Please add me to the list. I also have Hashimotos and had to have my part of my thyroid remove and my weight has been an issue for the past 6 years. I would welcome any new ways to help deal and lose weight.
