  • My knees have cracked for a long time now and I still run almost every day BUT it doesn't hurt when I run. If your knees are hurting you, I would NOT recommend doing any exercise that makes them hurt...stick to what doesn't hurt. Seeing a doctor or physiotherapist wouldn't hurt either :)

  • I swear by the Winsor Pilates Butt, Hips and Thigh video. It will make your hips and butt burn in just 20 minutes!
  • You can also go to recipe's on MFP and name your recipe and then add the ingredients you put in as well as the servings and it will calculate how many cals per serving. If you don't put in how many servings, it will tell you how much cals for the entire dish.
  • I'm not sure about the Amway product but I do know that you should try and get at least 25 grams of fiber a day. With any high fiber products like psyllium or whatever, you should drink lots of water with it. Sorry, that probably is not what you wanted to know...

  • I have been wondering that myself. I am doing P90X Lean and I just end up putting in an exercise from the database that I think is close to what dvd I'm doing. Today I did Cardio X so I put in Aerobics, high impact for the amount of time I did the dvd. I know it's not ideal but I don't have a HRM so I do what I can :)
