I haven't tried them yet, but heard ot something called kale chips. a bunch of kale, 1 tbsp of olive oil, and salt. (I would replace the salt with pepper) baked in the oven. 58 calories per serving and i hear they taste like potato chips. Can't beat that! There's a recipe on allrecipies.com
