I think two ten week challanges is a good Idea.Today I weighted in at 179 :(. So what is everybody's start weight? My goal today is No junk food! Aka cookies, chips ect... and to take me dog for a short walk. What's yours?

I'm with you!! I was losing for a cruise and did not lose much. Then when I got back I noticed that I gained more than I lost so I think I'm at 180. I'm going to weigh in on the 2nd in the AM. I want to lose 50 lb. by mother’s day. I bought myself an elliptical and a treadmill. Good Luck to us both!!

I'm getting down to the wire with my cruise less than 30 day's away. So I'm watching my carbs. No bread,Pasta,pizza,potatos ect.

You will get over the strong cravings soon. I have been quit for 22 months and the only time I get a craving is when I'm with my friends that smoke and I have been drinking. It just takes time. If you have to use your ecig, that's how I got threw it. Be strong!!! U CAN DO THIS!!!

Well back on track for me. I’m going to do a two day juice fast Sunday and Monday and see if I can lose the 4 lb. I gained back and maybe some extra. I got to kick this baby into high gear!!!

I eat at mc Donalds all the time at lunch and I get the salad's. My favorit is the Southwest Chicken salad (grilled). Oh and I get my morning coffee and a Oatmeal from them in the morning. I would stay clear of the burgers and sadwiches!

Add a 1/4 cup of vinegar to your wash. It works for me and it gets grezzy restaurant smell out of my husband’s cloths.

OMG!!! I did this right before bed and it killed my stomach!! The taste was not bad but it kinda catches you in the back of your throat, like a real dry feeling. I will not be doing it again but it did work lol.
